I know how it feels to want something more from your career. My own journey started in the hotel industry (spoiler: not a great fit!) before I decided to take a leap — changing countries, earning my MBA, and completely reinventing my path.
From there, I climbed from Business Analyst to senior leadership roles at Fortune 500 companies, working with people across 18 countries. Each step taught me how to navigate change — in career, culture, and life.

I grew up in a house with a mom and two sisters, then got married and raised two daughters. Eventually I got remarried and gained two step-daughters. They have all taught me well!
